Brave Capital is a private venture company specialized in investing in high-growth companies in the CommerceTech, FinTech and MedTech sectors.

THE TEAM
Meet our fantastic team. We have extensive experience in the tech and finance industries, establishing enterprises and start-ups, and in financial transactions – domestic and international.
The team is made up of exemplary entrepreneurs, major business leaders and individuals boasting impressive international operational experience, having worked across Europe and the US.
ARILD LIE
Arild is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits in the ICT and fintech industry. He was one of two entrepreneurs who started Finance Technology, which was sold 5 years later to one of the world's largest IT distributors. He has also been involved in developing and building up Skytech Control.
BÅRD BALDISHOL
Bård is a co-founder of Brave Capital together with Arild. Bård has started and invested in a number of start-ups within the ICT, fintech and medtech industries. He was one of two founders behind Finance Technology. He has been involved in developing and building up several leasing companies.
THOMAS MÜLLER
Thomas has an international footprint in everything he does. He led Nokia’s aftersales operations globally. He was co-founder in Servify to build one of the world's most advanced global product lifecycle service platform. Thomas is heavily involved in Brave Capital international projects.
ROGER WORSLEY
A seasoned PMP certified professional, excelling at leading large-scale complex programmes covering fintech, e-commerce, mobility, mobile apps, infrastructure, integration, and logistics within several industry verticals. Roger adds value from day one with a focus on ensuring business and technology alignment.

STAGE 1: THE BRAVE ZONE (HEART AND BRAIN)
A significant amount of time is spent in this zone, mapping out which projects to focus on – perhaps a new start-up, spin-off or investment in a new business. We relish being in this zone, day and night, during the week, and on the weekend.
The 9 Eagle Eye Principles play a key role. We place importance on listening to your heart.
STAGE 2: THE SET UP ZONE
It is at this point that we create a start-up or invest in small companies with skilled founders. There is a strong focus on developing scalable international technology and business concepts that will automate processes and create value for partners and customers alike.
Add into the mix the right human capital, the necessary seed capital, and conceptual and strategic direction in order to take early bird companies from 0-1.
STAGE 3: THE BUILD UP ZONE
Here we advance the company from 1-2, contributing to growth capital and active ownership. We actively improve strategies, structures, distribution power and add networks to ensure powerful growth.
Our enthusiasm, can-absolutely-do attitude, and insatiable appetite for a challenge never falters.
STAGE 4: THE SCALE UP ZONE
Our approach and mentality is geared towards developing a stronger company. This entails a company becoming braver: operationally, competitively and financially.
We offer practical and innovative solutions for success, based on years of experience helping companies develop in some of the most challenging environments. It's time to go international and take the company from 2-100.
STAGE 5: THE EXIT ZONE
Generally, it takes 3-5 years to advance from the Brave Zone to the Exit Zone, due to both micro and macro factors.
We have advanced several companies to the Brave Zone – domestically and abroad, in mergers and acquisitions. At this stage, there are exciting opportunities in our portfolio and we are absolutely certain that one or more of the projects will become a Unicorn company, with a value of at least one billion dollars.
